Yes, I know I’ve been ignoring all other aspects of Brooklyn politics but the two special elections (with a heavy emphasis on NY-9) …. deal with it!
- Turner said during the last night’s NY1 debate that he found all of the GOP presidential candidates acceptable … someone should ask Dov Hikind, who attacked Weprin for saying he’d support Obama no matter what he does to Israel, about the isolationist Ron Paul.
Nevertheless, Turner does sound the most friendly to Herman Cain. - Speaking of Hikind, he campaigned with Turner earlier today and will be on Hikind’s radio show tomorrow night.
- Rudy Giuliani is robocalling for Turner while Liz Holtzman is robocalling for Weprin.
- More on Weprin’s Trump rally, which Colby Hamilton joins me in questioning.
- The NYT’s profile suggested Weprin’s Zionist credentials are enough to call him “Jewish Rambo” … I have the private chat records of using the exact same phrase to describe his Israel credentials back in July, hah!
- There is an interesting photo choice in some anti-Weprin attack mailers on gay marriage.
- Weprin doesn’t seem to know much about OFA’s campaign activities on his behalf.
